The starter stores seller account names, email addresses, password hashes, listing details, uploaded photographs, and WhatsApp contact numbers. Seller contact numbers appear publicly on approved listings only after consent.
WordPress uses cookies for signed-in sessions. Short-lived abuse-prevention counters use a hashed network address. Opening WhatsApp or a retailer link takes you to that provider.
No analytics or affiliate tracking scripts are installed.
Before launch, publish the operator’s identity, contact address, retention/deletion process, hosting arrangements, and details of any added third-party services.
Beginner newsletter
Newsletter signup is optional and separate from seller accounts. We collect your email address, optional first name, preferred email language and subscription records, including confirmation and unsubscribe status. Confirm your email to receive four beginner lessons per month. Use the unsubscribe or preferences link in any issue to stop or change language.
We use MailPoet and, when activated, its sending service to manage and deliver these emails. Delivery providers process the information needed to send messages and handle bounces or complaints. Email engagement statistics may include opens and link clicks according to your MailPoet tracking preferences; email open measurements can be affected by inbox privacy features. Unconfirmed signup requests are removed after 30 days. Confirmed records remain while subscribed; minimal unsubscribe records may be retained to prevent unwanted emails.
