The starter stores seller account names, email addresses, password hashes, listing details, uploaded photographs, and WhatsApp contact numbers. Seller contact numbers appear publicly on approved listings only after consent.
WordPress uses cookies for signed-in sessions. Short-lived abuse-prevention counters use a hashed network address. Opening WhatsApp or a retailer link takes you to that provider.

Cycling community
Using a cycling profile or garage is optional. Your cycling profile is private until you choose to appear in the rider directory. Each garage item has a separate visibility choice and is displayed publicly only when your cycling profile is public. Email, account phone and serial numbers are not profile fields. Avatar and cover images uploaded through BuddyPress are public image files.
Community posts, comments, likes and the photos you choose to share in a post are public. Members may report content for moderator review. Following riders records your connections in this service. Garage photos are stored privately and served according to item visibility; public community photos are visible to visitors. Bike photos transferred to sale listings follow the marketplace photo rules.
Routes from your own cycling device can be submitted as GPX files. We retain selected map coordinates and summary distance/elevation, not the original GPX file, timestamps or health data. Start/finish privacy trimming is available; review the map before sharing. Routes await moderation before publication. Loading a map requests tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives your network address and ordinary browser request information.
A Strava profile link is optional. We do not currently connect to the Strava API, import Strava activities or display private Strava data. Newsletter subscriptions are separate. You may edit visibility or withdraw your routes and posts. Contact the site operator via the Contact page for data access or deletion.
