A wheelset is the front and rear wheel supplied as a pair. Listings may describe rim depth, material, braking type, and hub specifications.
Start with compatibility
Check the bicycle’s axle system, brake type, wheel size, cassette/freehub compatibility, and tyre requirements. Compare exact specifications before buying.
Think about practical use
Ask about condition, serviceability, and available replacement parts. A wheel’s appearance alone does not tell you whether it suits your bicycle.
